We optimally utilize health records, monitor patient’s progress and coordinate for all treatment requirements. For instance, if the patient needs a lab test done, we coordinate with the lab, get the samples collected from home, update the report on the health record for the doctor’s perusal and schedule the doctor’s appointment as required.
